Commercial Counsel, Starlink Government Contracts

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and review government contracts and related agreements.
• Lead Starlink engagements with foreign governments and international bodies.
• Analyze procurement, telecom, and consumer protection laws and regs.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory risk with processes, trainings, controls.
• Improve contract templates, policies, and contracting processes.
• Advise business teams on regulatory risks and compliant, creative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• 4+ years of legal experience.
• Bar admission in at least one US state.
• Experience drafting government contracts with foreign governments or MODs.
• Familiarity with U.S./intl government procurement regs and flow-downs.
• Onsite in Hawthorne, CA; remote work not considered.
