Commercial Counsel, Starlink Government Contracts

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and review government contracts and related agreements.
• Lead engagements with foreign governments, MoDs, NGOs, and multilateral bodies.
• Advise on foreign procurement, telecom, and consumer protection laws.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory risk using processes and controls.
• Improve contract templates, policies, and processes to streamline cycles.
• Advise business teams on legal, compliance, and geopolitical risk.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
• 4+ years of legal experience.
• Experience drafting/negotiating government contracts with foreign governments.
• Familiarity with US/international procurement regulations and flow-downs.
• Experience in tech/aerospace/satellite sectors with government entities.
