Commercial Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the standardization and rollout of go-to-market frameworks, commercial playbooks, and sales
• Own end-to-end commercial delivery plans for events, including timelines, cross-functional
• Oversee sales campaigns across e-commerce and ticketing channels, ensuring a smooth customer
• Optimize D2C sales funnels and checkout experiences by analyzing consumer behavior, removing
• Develop compelling product positioning, commercial hooks, urgency drivers, and purchasing triggers
• Audit storefronts and purchasing journeys regularly to identify opportunities for improved

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2C e-commerce, commercial delivery, digital growth, sales operations
• Proven experience managing go-to-market campaigns, digital sales funnels, and D2C acquisition and
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, ticketing back-office systems, and
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for sales modeling, forecasting, tracking, and
• Advanced experience with structured project management tools such as Monday.com and collaboration
