📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive material takeoffs for high-end residential builds and commercial TI.
• Manage the complete pre-construction pipeline: bid prep, submittals, RFIs, and revisions.
• Lead vendor outreach and subcontractor coordination for pricing and scope gaps.
• Integrate data into the client's internal processes and navigate proprietary bidding software.
• Meticulously review project docs to ensure bids are transparent and include specialized components.
• Lead project types including high-end residential, TI, and kitchens.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 10+ years of dedicated construction estimating experience, with extensive exposure to U.S.-based projects and market context.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
• Niche Expertise: Demonstrated experience estimating high-end custom residential projects and complex commercial build-outs (commercial kitchen estimation experience is highly valued).
• Software Proficiency: Highly fluent in industry-standard takeoff tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff (OST), with a strong aptitude for adapting to proprietary digital systems.
• Communication & Alignment: Absolute bilingual fluency in English (written and spoken) for seamless internal reporting and professional vendor/subcontractor collaboration.
