Commercial Excellence & Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the centralized commercial change roadmap across functions.
• Design and lead steering committees; produce exec‑level reports for the CRO.
• Align timelines and milestones to deliver changes without disrupting sales.
• Liaise with Ops, Marketing, Finance, and HR to manage interdependencies.
• Define commercial Success Metrics and KPIs to measure impact on revenue.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Education in Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in hands-on commercial project or change management in GTM environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong command of project management methodologies to track milestones.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to address resistance quickly.
• Business acumen to connect milestones to P&L impacts and revenue targets.
