Commercial Field Engineer – Post-sales - (East Coast)

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for commercial and mid-market customers
• Help customers configure and optimize CodeRabbit within their development workflows and CI/CD
• Deliver customer trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs
• Conduct configuration and integration reviews to ensure customers are following best practices and
• Troubleshoot customer issues and partner with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex implementation and adoption challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer
• Experience onboarding or supporting SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure products
• Strong technical knowledge of software development workflows and modern engineering tools
• Comfortable troubleshooting APIs, integrations, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Comfortable working from the command line and debugging technical issues
