Commercial Finance Analyst - Thailand

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive profitable growth through financial
• Manage and monitor trade spend investments with accuracy, transparency, and policy compliance.
• Analyze customer and channel performance across Retail, General Trade, Modern Trade, OOH, and
• Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
• Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and post-investment reviews.
• Support OOH and B2B performance through profitability, tenders, contracts, rebates, and investment

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; 3–5 years in commercial finance or FP&A
• Experience partnering with commercial or sales teams is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; understanding of trade spend, profitability
• Business partnering mindset with strong communication; ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and financial reporting systems (preferred).
• Nice to have: FMCG experience.
