Commercial Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Own financial performance and analysis from Gross Sales/Net Sales through Contribution Margin
• Develop and maintain customer and SKU-level P&Ls to provide visibility into profitability and
• Lead monthly analysis of Net Sales, trade investment, deductions, and Contribution Margin versus
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and translate findings into clear recommendations for
• Serve as the Finance partner to Sales and RGM for customer, pricing, promotional, and commercial
• Evaluate the financial impact of RGM recommendations, including pricing, price-pack architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience, preferably within CPG, food & beverage
• Strong experience supporting Sales, Commercial, or customer-facing organizations.
• Demonstrated understanding of Gross-to-Net, trade spending, customer profitability, pricing, and
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience working with trade promotion management and/or customer deduction processes strongly
• Commercial acumen: Understands how pricing, volume, mix, promotions, and customer investments
