📋 Description

• Lead the commercial finance agenda for the Brazil business, serving as a strategic finance partner
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles, translating commercial assumptions into
• Deliver insightful analysis covering revenue, margins, operating expenses, cash flow, and overall
• Identify financial and operational risks and opportunities, recommend corrective actions, and
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, presenting financial results, insights, and
• Strengthen financial discipline, reporting accuracy, planning processes, and management information

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial planning, or business partnering
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing finance professionals.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, and
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial insights to broader business
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and
• Strong analytical judgement and the ability to transform complex financial and operational
