📋 Description

• Support the commercial leadership to identify and model strategic initiatives
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for commercial lines
• Influence performance drivers to drive long-term financial results
• Support business cases for new initiatives; run independent work streams
• Provide proactive analysis to support decision making
• Collate competitor intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven strategy experience in international, fast-paced environments
• Analytical problem-solver with large data sets and strong attention to detail
• Strong business sense, able to influence performance drivers
• Experience in business partnering with commercial teams
• Adaptable and proactive, comfortable with tight deadlines
• Fluent in French and English; able to present recommendations clearly
• Advanced Excel and/or G-Suite skills; leveraging data analysis and AI tools
