Commercial FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with FP&A Director and finance leaders on budgeting and forecasting.
• Serve as dedicated partner for Commercial teams.
• Lead revenue and expense scenario planning.
• Develop monthly reporting with variance analysis.
• Create dashboards and Board materials for leadership.
• Identify tools to scale FP&A processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite; OfficeConnect desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IS, BS, CF (GAAP a plus).
• 7+ years in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
• Proven revenue management and pricing experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• AI skills: leverage generative AI tools for analytics.
