Commercial General Liability Claims Team Lead (Pre-Suit Property Damage)

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a remote team of 5-6 claims adjusters handling non-litigated commercial general
• Review claim decisions, investigations, coverage assessments, and settlement recommendations for
• Oversee and edit claim-related correspondence such as position letters
• Activate and assign claims, monitor workloads, and ensure adherence to internal processes
• Collaborate with in-house counsel to interpret policy coverage and jurisdictional requirements, and
• Evaluate repair estimates, evidence, and expert reports to support liability assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 5 years of experience handling commercial general liability property damage and automobile
• Significant supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of liability claims handling, property damage investigations, policy coverage
• Active insurance adjuster licenses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
