• Develop relationships within accounts to deepen MongoDB's partnership with decision-makers.
• Navigate industries with a data-driven discovery to land and expand workloads.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in full-cycle sales; database or software preferred.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding targets in competitive environments.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious, team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within a quota and commission structure.
• Native Turkish speaker.
