Commercial GTM Strategist, Partnerships

📋 Description

• Build and optimize scalable GTM frameworks for partner negotiations and account management
• Analyze partnership performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve deal structures
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows, automation tools, and productivity enhancements
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations to accelerate commercial initiatives
• Develop programs to expand partners, improve retention, and ecosystem profitability
• Translate market trends and business metrics into actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B partnerships, commercial strategy, or GTM ops
• 3+ years building supply-side programs with playbooks/expansions
• Strong understanding of partnership models, deal structures, GTM execution
• Experience using data analysis to identify opportunities and support decisions
• Experience collaborating across finance, legal, product, engineering, and ops
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and workflows (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
