🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years field service/installation experience.
• HVAC systems knowledge, blueprints, building codes.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Leadership experience with install crews.
• Safety-focused with OSHA compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.
