Commercial HVAC Project Manager

📋 Description

• Direct all phases of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction
• Develop project execution plans, timelines, staffing requirements, and budget forecasts
• Monitor project profitability through cost tracking, labor analysis, forecasting, and financial
• Coordinate equipment procurement and material deliveries to support project schedules
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Work closely with superintendents, field teams, estimators, and operations leadership to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years managing commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction projects
• Ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and customer deliverables
• Knowledge of project controls, contract administration, and construction management practices
• Ability to manage multiple active projects in fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication with customer-focused approach
