Remove and replace commercial HVAC equipment (furnaces, ACs, chillers, rooftop units).
Install VAV and VRF systems and advanced building controls.
Run low-voltage control wiring and complete rough-in work.
Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed.
Follow all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
Communicate with customers on-site to answer questions and explain work.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation.
Physical capability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.
Solid troubleshooting instincts when installation challenges arise.
EPA Universal certification required.
