Remove and replace commercial HVAC equipment (furnaces, ACs, chillers, rooftop units)
Install VAV and VRF systems with advanced building controls
Run low-voltage control wiring and rough-in work
Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation
Follow all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations
Communicate with customers on-site to explain work being performed

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
Commercial HVAC experience preferred
Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation
Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces
Troubleshooting skills for installation challenges
EPA Universal certification required
