🎯 Requirements

• Proven IT Team Lead or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading IT teams in transformation or enterprise programmes.
• Strong planning, delivery management, and organisational skills.
• Budget, resource, KPI, risk, and dependency management experience.
• Stakeholder management with senior/executive exposure.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and remote environment.
