• Lead a key delivery team within a large-scale data migration and digital transformation programme.
• Own team scope, priorities, resources, timelines and performance.
• Coordinate dependencies across business, IT, data and project functions.
• Ensure outputs delivered on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Operate in an international, remote environment with clear communication and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Team Lead or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading IT teams in complex transformation or enterprise programmes.
• Strong skills in project planning, governance, KPIs, risk/issue management and stakeholder
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multi-country delivery.
• Experience with data migration programmes is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
