🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Team Lead or similar leadership position.
• Strong experience leading IT teams in complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, and competing priorities.
• Excellent project planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Budget management, governance, KPI, risk and dependency tracking experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior/executive level collaboration.
