• Lead assigned jobs in the field and take ownership for execution, workmanship, and day-to-day
• Review the scope of work, assess actual field conditions, and adjust installation approach as
• Complete work to code, company standards, and customer expectations
• Maintain momentum on the job and make sound field decisions that keep work moving without
• Manage daily production against the expected timeline for the job
• Coordinate labor, tools, and materials needed to complete work efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician capability preferred, with strong field leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work
• Able to read plans, assess field conditions, and identify material and labor needs
• Able to lead helpers and apprentices while maintaining quality and safety
• Strong judgment, accountability, and communication in fast-moving field conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
