Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates for commercial landscape projects.
Analyze drawings, specs, and project docs to identify scope and risks.
Prepare and manage RFIs, clarifications, addenda, revisions, and bid updates.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope coverage.
Support material pricing strategy and subcontractor quote evaluations.
Provide pre-construction cost analysis throughout bidding.

🎯 Requirements

Civil Engineering degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
Proven experience estimating site work, fencing, and concrete scopes.
Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Bluebeam for quantity takeoffs and markup workflows.
Experience using RSMeans or similar regional pricing databases.
