📋 Description

  • Own the full commercial motion: qualification, pipeline management, proposal, close
  • Run outbound campaigns targeting institutional real estate investors, developers, and operators
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise and institutional accounts
  • Develop and iterate the GTM playbook: what works, what doesn't, what scales
  • Coordinate with domain and delivery team to scope engagements and set expectations
  • Build the systems and processes that make closing repeatable and predictable

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in civil/structural/engineering or proven complex institutional deals
  • Comfortable with long sales cycles and maintaining momentum
  • Domain knowledge to discuss with heads of acquisitions
  • Genuine curiosity about AI in the built world
  • Automation-first mindset to automate repetitive processes
  • Based in New York or willing to relocate/travel
