  • Optimise the Editions restaurant portfolio (PMF) with mid-term site vision
  • Identify potential new leads for Editions
  • Negotiate commercial terms with strategic partners
  • Coordinate across Commercial, Sales, Site Ops, Marketing to grow Editions
  • Define and execute initiatives to improve occupancy and partner growth

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality and/or FMCG, or related field
  • 2+ years of managerial experience, coaching, and developing individuals/teams
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, negotiation, and deal structuring
  • Financial fluency, with experience in managing P&L, balance sheets, and budgets
  • High entrepreneurialism and comfort with business development
  • Strategic thought leadership, ability to build 6-12 month forward-thinking plans
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management (horizontally and vertically)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Clear and concise communicator, both verbal and written
  • Preferably understanding of the restaurant sector in the UAE/Middle East
