Commercial Learning & Development, Associate Director

📋 Description

• Report to the Senior Director of Training and Learning Excellence, leading the design, development
• Build deep product, market, and disease state expertise to lead end-to-end launch and sustainment
• Serve as training lead for the product launch, owning a multi-phase readiness plan from pre-launch
• Partner closely with field sales and sales leadership to identify skill and knowledge gaps and
• Design and facilitate training for national and regional launch meetings and workshops using
• Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure training reflects brand strategy and key

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Commercial functions within the biotech/pharma industry, including field
• 3+ years of experience in field team training, including training for new product launches
• Rare disease experience strongly preferred; experience in neuromuscular or other genetic disease
• Strong clinical acumen and the ability to grasp complex scientific topics and multiple brands
• Demonstrated experience partnering with field sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to align on
