📋 Description

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating agreements, including affiliate agreements, service
• Identify key commercial and legal terms, flag deviations from HighLevel's standard positions, and
• Assist with reviewing counterparty redlines on draft agreements, prepare comparison summaries
• Track and compare contract terms and proposed deviations against approved templates, playbooks, and
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Affiliate, Events, Marketing, Procurement, Finance
• Conduct legal research on relevant regulations, contract laws, and industry standards under the

🎯 Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Law, or currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record and genuine interest in corporate, contract, or commercial law.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal
• Ability to read dense documents carefully and flag inconsistencies, gaps, or risks.
