📋 Description

• Support the drafting, review, updating, and management of commercial agreements, including
• Review contracts against approved templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and business
• Assist with reviewing counterparty redlines, preparing comparison summaries, and supporting
• Develop an understanding of how master agreements and related documents such as Order Forms, SOWs
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements
• Conduct legal research on relevant regulations, contract law, and industry standards under the

🎯 Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record and a genuine interest in corporate, contract, commercial, or technology law.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to carefully review complex or lengthy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to developing practical legal skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Monthly stipend: INR 45,000.
