Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, licenses, services, DPA) aligned with business goals.
Provide and lead legal support for EMEA commercial teams on transactions and RFPs.
Handle broader legal matters (entity, collections, marketing, litigation) as needed.
Manage day-to-day legal inquiries with cross-functional teams.
Handle ad hoc legal matters as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctorate required.
7+ years in international SaaS commercial support.
Sales, SaaS and channel partner programs experience.
Corporate matters for subsidiaries preferred.
Commercial mindset; cross-functional with sales and risk management.
English; additional languages a plus.
