📋 Description

• Complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry (CMU, brick, cast iron)
• Provide accurate bid information and estimates for large GC projects
• Work on turnkey projects across the southeastern US (MS, AL, FL)
• Deliver detailed takeoff docs to support bid submissions
• Collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience estimating US construction projects
• Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in commercial masonry takeoff methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work remotely on US timezone
