Commercial Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Work with the sales team to ensure CRM system discipline and hygiene is maintained
• Provide reports, dashboards and statistics on KPIs for commercial team – including new business
• Work with Group commercial operations and regional finance team to ensure that the KPIs and metrics
• Calculate quarterly attainment for sales team and assist in commission calculation and payouts
• Assist in preparing materials for various reporting calls to regional and Group management
• Work with commercial team across APR and with country leaders to provide accurate monthly forecast

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support.
• Good with numbers, data. Excel expertise and experience in visualization tool.
