Draft, review, and release contracts and amendments that follow company guidelines
Draft accurate, concise and consistent contract terms
Draft non-standard provisions as needed.
Review, advise where needed on various miscellaneous agreements, and facilitate redline process
Devise logical approaches and suggestions to address complex contractual issues
Ensure the contract incorporates all authorized specifications and terms

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years BA or BS in Business, Accounting, Communication or related field experience preferred
1-3 years related experience in procurement or sales support is a plus
Superior written communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines
Superior organizational skills; detail oriented
Proven ability to work independently and handle tasks from start to finish
