📋 Description

  • Support initiatives to improve commercial performance and partner relationships.
  • Streamline workflows for Account Owners; improve processes and data.
  • Maintain and improve the internal wiki and documentation.
  • Develop knowledge of internal systems to guide and troubleshoot.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Legal and Finance on roadmaps.
  • Support rollout of new tools: drafting communications, coordinating testing, documenting outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, account support, or related roles.
  • Comfort with data: enjoy using numbers to understand problems and communicate findings.
  • Strong written and verbal English; translate complex processes clearly.
  • Organised and adaptable; manage competing priorities and shifting needs.
  • Collaborative; work across teams and time zones, share knowledge.
  • Google Workspace expertise; Jira/Confluence or Salesforce a plus.
