📋 Description

• Own key fleet administration processes and maintain accurate fleet records across internal systems
• Manage fleet insurance administration, including COI renewals, total loss and stolen vehicle claims
• Primary contact for insurance providers, brokers and claims partners, and process DPA requests in
• Work closely with the Remarketing team to ensure accurate and timely administration of sold vehicles
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support the implementation of new

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within fleet, automotive, transport, insurance or commercial operations
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and operational systems to analyse data, produce reports and support
• Ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work and resolving issues
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how fleet ops impact performance and customer satisfaction
• Strong organisation with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaboration skills to work with colleagues, suppliers and external partners
