📋 Description

• Own end-to-end trade show logistics for wholesale.
• Take displays from concept to made and in-store.
• Deliver printed range guides and concertinas to wholesale team.
• Liaise across Creative, Production, Finance, Logistics, and wholesale leads.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery across time zones.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to put Bellroy in front of wholesale customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Ownership mindset; see projects through to completion.
• Proficient with Asana; track all moving pieces.
• Translate between Creative, Production, Logistics, Wholesale teams.
• Understand wholesale/distributor needs and trade shows value.
• Comfortable across time zones; strong written/verbal comms.
