• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a named accounts book with Notion.
• Contribute to NRR with renewal/expansion and proactive adoption for your book.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal, owning flat/at-risk renewals.
• Define and maintain mutual success plans guiding AI Transformation and ROI with exec reviews.
• Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities with Notion.
• Engage Services for complex implementations and ensure value delivered.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to map workflows and translate goals into implementations.
• Technical fluency to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
• Commercial awareness to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion, and strategy.
• Design workflows that drive usage-based consumption and tie adoption to outcomes.
• Strong program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts.
