Commercial Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end commercial relationships with a defined portfolio of strategic European partners
• Build and maintain joint account plans covering target accounts, named opportunities, commercial
• Monitor partnership performance through commercial indicators such as live transaction volume
• Generate qualified leads through partner networks by engaging their merchant bases and commercial
• Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams to identify merchants and opportunities where
• Establish referral and co-selling mechanisms, including incentive structures, lead-routing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or senior commercial roles
• Demonstrated track record of carrying and achieving measurable commercial targets, with evidence
• Experience selling directly to payment providers, banks, or financial institutions, rather than
• Proven ability to independently manage strategic relationships with acquirers, payment processors
• Experience negotiating commercially with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the European payments market, including local acquiring ecosystems and relevant
