📋 Description

• Review project plans, specs, and contracts to develop accurate estimates
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial plumbing projects
• Collaborate with PMs, subs, and suppliers for quotes
• Evaluate site conditions to include all necessary work
• Maintain knowledge of plumbing codes and industry standards
• Present estimates to clients clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a plumbing estimator
• In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, standards
• Proficiency in Fast Est estimating software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
