Commercial Project Controls Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain cost-loaded schedules in Microsoft Project aligned with plans.
• Track project performance against baseline schedule, cost, and productivity targets.
• Prepare and manage change order requests with full supporting documentation.
• Work daily with site teams to capture timesheets, productivity data, delays, and scope changes.
• Produce weekly and monthly EAC forecasts.
• Monitor actual vs budget and committed vs remaining costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong cost control, forecasting, and commercial management.
• EAC forecasting and variation/change management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and cost-control systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Controls, or related discipline.
• Experience in oil & gas or petrochemical construction projects is highly desirable.
