Commercial Project Controls Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain cost-loaded schedules in MS Project.
• Track project performance vs baseline schedule, cost, and productivity.
• Prepare and manage change order requests with full documentation.
• Collaborate with site teams to capture timesheets and scope changes.
• Produce weekly/monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts.
• Monitor actual vs budget and committed vs remaining costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or related.
• Experience in oil & gas or petrochemical construction projects.
• Demonstrated track record in project controls and commercial management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and cost-control systems.
• Ideally fluent in German/Dutch language.
• Strong capability in cost control, forecasting, and commercial management.
