Commercial Project Controls Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain cost-loaded schedules in Microsoft Project aligned with project execution plans.
• Track project performance against baseline schedule, cost, and productivity targets.
• Prepare and manage change order requests with full supporting documentation.
• Work daily with site teams to capture timesheets and productivity data.
• Produce weekly and monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts.
• Monitor actual vs budget and committed vs remaining costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong capability in cost control, forecasting, and commercial management.
• Proven experience with EAC forecasting and variation/change management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach to reporting.
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and cost-control systems.
