📋 Description

• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams to serve Landlords and Tenants.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 tenants.
• Directly manage assets for key clients, ensuring high service and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations for ownership decisions.
• Follow the Organisation's operating procedures.
• Understand and comply with laws, regulations and best practices affecting asset management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and best practices in property maintenance.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Current Real Estate License.
