📋 Description

• Lead sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties
• Source, list, sell and lease properties in Bendigo region
• Maintain active pipeline of buyers and sellers
• Negotiate transactions end-to-end
• Coordinate marketing with Marketing dept (signboards, brochures, videos)
• Engage key account clients and build market presence

🎯 Requirements

• Natural hunter with commercial acumen
• B2B or property sales experience preferred
• Excellent communicator with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Rep Certificate or willingness to study
