Commercial / Sales Associate (Freelance)

📋 Description

• Manage B2B sales inquiries (both inbound and outbound) for Fever Originals in Southeast Asia
• Outreach to local groups (local hotels, schools, universities, large companies, etc.) to drum up
• Handle customer calls and emails, from first contact to booking confirmation
• Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations
• Provide personalized customer care, ensuring every interaction reflects Fever’s high service
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English (and Thai)
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios
• Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
