  • Own regional sales strategy: territory planning, pipeline health, deal execution.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing AEs; foster retention.
  • Run reliable operating cadence: forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal reviews.
  • Translate field feedback into input on product, pricing, and packaging.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Deployed Engineers, Ops, and Legal on GTM.
  • Work with field marketing on in-person events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years quota-carrying SaaS sales, with 2+ years managing a team.
  • Proven track record selling to corporate, commercial, SMB, mid-market.
  • Comfortable selling to technical buyers; grasp developers' needs.
  • Experience selling platforms, services, and transformations, incl. SIs.
  • Clear communicator; effective with technical buyers and executives.
