🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in dealership or direct sales; if no degree, 7+ years.
• Proven success managing customer relationships, dealer partnerships, and regional sales.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and territory management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~70%.
