Support Marketplace quoting, product corrections, cancellations, and Shared Services requests
Follow established processes and tooling in Salesforce and RCA
Escalate non-standard or ambiguous scenarios to senior team members
Collaborate with Marketplace Strategy, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success
Work remotely or hybrid, with Head Office in Mississauga
Contract dates approx. Sep 7, 2026 – Mar 5, 2027

🎯 Requirements

Minimum: Associate's degree or equivalent in business/finance or related field
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
