📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to large customers and prospects
• Bridge product and customer outcomes by designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to deliver Proofs of Concept and guide architecture discussions
• Deliver technical demos tailored to engineers and executives
• Provide architecture guidance on observability, telemetry modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector
• Maintain reusable demo environments and reference architectures

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion experience
• Strong DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering understanding
• Proven ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs
• Excellent technical communication for engineers and decision-makers
• Collaborative across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
