🎯 Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic planning and long-term vision
Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
Advanced English proficiency
3+ years experience in Sales, Expansion, or similar senior retail management role
