🎯 Requirements

3 to 5 years in sales operations, analytics, enablement, or a related ops/analytics role
Strong analytical skillset: comfortable building measurement frameworks, reports, and dashboards
Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
Builder mentality: track record of turning ad hoc processes into repeatable, scalable systems
Strong written and verbal communication in English
